Join the event as a mentor or mentee! The role of the mentor (someone with more than five years of facilitation experience) will be to meet up with their mentee (someone new to facilitation or BCcampus events) in person at the event registration desk on the first day to ensure mentees feel welcome and supported.
The mentor and mentee will arrange for one check-in time and place during the conference. Ideally mentors and mentees will continue this relationship beyond the conference. However, there are no required commitments beyond Studio23.
Participation is optional.
Event organizers will contact the registrants who signed up for the program closer to the event with information about your mentor-mentee-match.
