Studio23 will be held at Simon Fraser University, Harbour Centre Campus in Vancouver, B.C.
Registration for B.C./Yukon post-secondary institution employees, general admission, and students covers two full days of in-person sessions and workshops, breakfast, lunch, and break snacks, as well as an invitation to our social event, The Big Mixer.
* In our on-going effort to make Studio23 more accessible to a wider audience, we have introduced an Online Limited Live Stream ticket option for those who are unable to attend in person but would like to access select Studio23 content online. Please visit the Studio23 Schedule page to see which sessions are available for streaming.
** Due to the exclusive focus of this event, we will be offering a limited number of five free student passes. These passes are specifically reserved for students who are currently engaged in a teaching or facilitation role. To qualify for these passes, kindly ensure your eligibility when you register when prompted. Although they are currently sold out, a waitlist is being taken.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received before 11:55 PM PT on October 25, 2023 to receive a refund. A $25 CAD plus 5% GST cancellation fee will apply. No refunds for cancellations after this date. There is no fee to transfer your registration to another person from your institution.
Travel Costs
We are proud to offer the BCcampus Rural and Remote Travel Grant in order to support access to professional learning events for B.C. post-secondary educators and instructional support staff who do not have sufficient funds for travel and professional development.
